EDS/EDM Series Electro-dynamic shakers play an important role in environmental testing. It provides a testing platform for packing and transportation simulation, mechanical shock, mission profile and any other real-world condition simulation.
Utilizing the VT-9008 series shaker vibration controller, the closed-loop system can accurately reproduce real-world vibration conditions on products from the industries like electronic, automotive, aerospace, aviation, etc.

For closed-loop system, the controller use displacement, velocity, acceleration, or force as feedback control parameter to accurately simulate a wide range of profiles and conditions that can help improve the quality and reliability of many products.

Multi-axial / Multi-DOF Vibration System
We also proudly supply multi-axial / multi-DOF vibration shaker to our customers, such as biaxial shaker and triaxial shaker, which can reproduce more realistic vibration conditions than traditional uniaxial shaker. It could highly reduce the rate of over test or lack of test during complex tests. In addition, test results with multi-axial shaker will be more reliable as well as the test duration can be greatly reduced compared with the traditional tests with uniaxial shaker.

VSA-H Series Power Amplifier
VSA-H power amplifier is a digital switching model with a wide frequency range designed with the latest technology. It has several remarkable features, like user friendly operation, powerful functions, and easy maintenances, etc. Meanwhile, a variety of safety protections are also available of the device, such as over temperature, over voltage/current, over displacement and so on. The power of a single module is 8 kVA and the power of a chassis is based on the number of modules (up to 8 modules per chassis). Different chassis design could meet the requirements of different tests.

Head Expander / Slip Table
Econ offers a wide range of head expanders and slip tables in both Metric and English units. Head expanders and slip tables increase the mounting area for attaching fixtures and products and accommodate larger payloads. They can be made from either Magnesium or Aluminum and the processing methods can be either cast or machined.
