Vibration controller adopts advanced distributed structure system with high-speed communication interface, which has faster computing, transmission and response capability, ensuring the real-time and high-efficiency of the control system, and can respond to the changes of the test system timely and quickly.

The dynamic range of the controller is more than 120dB, and the signal-to-noise ratio is more than 100dB, and there are more than 15,000 users worldwide

Features

  • Enhanced computing power based on multi-core ARM + multi-core high-speed DSP architecture. The computer is only used for parameter configuration, data viewing and report export, and does not participate in real-time control. Even if the computer lags or runs heavy background tasks, it will not lead to out-of-control vibration.

  • Two communication options available. VT-9002/VT-9008 use plug-and-play USB for quick small workstation setup; VT-9508 features Gigabit Ethernet for long-distance wiring.

  • The built‑in Wave Editor offers custom waveform generation (sine, noise, sweep, random) and essential editing tools, along with road spectrum editing and preprocessing for a complete, no‑extra‑software edit‑and‑export experience.

  • Realize remote control and monitoring via mobile devices. This function allows users to log in via globally networked devices such as a mobile phones to monitor the operation, status and progress of vibration tests in real time.

  • Test Preview: A pre‑startup troubleshooting tool. It outputs no drive signal, acquires raw inputs risk‑free, and quickly detects wiring, continuity, and hardware faults—preventing blind startup and specimen damage.

  • Compatible with IEPE, voltage, charge and TEDS sensors, enabling direct plug-in connection without adapters.

  • More than 20 safety verification and interlock functions are available. It incorporates protection mechanisms including open-loop detection of control signals, pre-test, RMS cutoff, spectral line over-limit inspection, drive limit, shaker system restrictions and other safeguards.

  • Automatically generate Word and PDF reports once tests finish, and support one-click export and printing of test reports.
