MISO vibration controller is one of the kernel parts in multi-shaker or multi-axis vibration testing system. It builds multiple control loops among multiple shakers and multiple DOF with matrix control algorithms, amplitude and phase.
ECON is the first Chinese manufacturer to design and provide MISO vibration controller since 2007, also the only manufacturer in China who is producing a real MISO vibration controller. We are honored presenting customers our unique MI-81 series MISO vibration controller, helping them to solve problems in MISO vibration tests.
MI-81 series is designed based on PXIE bus and self-contained controller, supporting independent running without PC. Its inputs and drives are modular and expandable with high synchronization precision. MI-81 series support software including MISO Random, MISO Sine, MISO Shock and MISO Field Data Replication in time domain, with precise system identification, multiple adaptive loop control, sophisticated coupling and decoupling matrix algorithms for amplitude and phase.
MI-81 series has been successfully put into many actual MISO vibration test cases, such as 2 or 4 posts vehicle test, transportation and road simulation, flying objects aerodynamic test, etc. MI-81 series also could be used for single shaker vibration control, high channel account measurement, and structural modal analysis.
